Bear Complex 7-7-7-7-7

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
Without letting go of the bar, or resting it on the ground complete 7 sets of the sequence for 1 round:
-Power Clean
-Front Squat
-Push Press
-Back Squat
-Push Press

Then:

Death by Burpees

EMOM for 10 minutes: Snatch Complex

1 Power Snatch, 1 Hang Squat Snatch, 1 Overhead Squat
EMOM for 10 minutes. Bar leaves ground on Power Snatch and does not touch until after the OHS.

Then:

As many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

15 Power Snatches 95/65 lbs
15 Wall Balls 20/14 lbs
