Sets of 3 starting at 60% and working to 90% on the 5th set dropping to 80% on the 6th.
In 12 mins do:
As many Wall Balls as possible, 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft, in 4 mins
then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
7 Power Snatches, 125/85 lbs
9 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
Rest 2 Minutes Then 2 Minute AMRAP Double Unders
Rest 2 Minutes Then 2 minutes of lunges for distance with the above wod weight in the front rack.
Snatch Pull from floor. 6 x 3 working up to 110% of max snatch
