Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
10 Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs
50 Double Unders
Rest Exactly 5 Minutes
Then
Death by 10 meters
Buyout
Squat 5 x 5
(Perform 50 double unders between sets and use 70% of load used on Wednesday)
