Support Your Box Workout 1
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
9 dumbbell snatches, right arm
9 dumbbell snatches, left arm
♀ 35 lb. ♂ 50 lb.
This is a great opportunity to do a mini-open while everything is shutdown.
There is no charge for this workout and if you choose to make any contribution CrossFit is sending 100% of the proceeds back to the gym to help us with our bills which unfortunately don’t stop because we’ve been shut down.
