After a general warmup perform the following:
4 Rounds of the following:
:40 Seconds Med Ball or Odd object Situps
:20 Seconds Rest
:40 Seconds Romanian Deadlifts*
:20 Seconds Rest
:40 Seconds Single Arm Overhead Squat Hold (L)*
:20 Seconds Rest
:40 Seconds Single Arm Overhead Squat Hold (R)*
Run 800m between rounds (Scale to 400m or to a bike or row)
* Completed With a Dumbbell or Or Odd Object of Choice
There are also a ton of different ways to do a medball situp all the way from holding the ball on the chest to v ups and even throwing the ball at the wall or straight up in the air. As long as you aren’t stressing the lower back get creative and have fun with this one. P
