10 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 75/55 lbs
5 Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20
WOD
3 rounds for time of:
20 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 75/55 lbs
20 Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20
The weight is light because we are looking for no more than one break per round. If you can’t do 10 reps touch and go you need to scale the weight.
