2 Rounds 30 seconds each exercise
Couch Stretch: 45 Seconds Each Side
Pigeon Pose: 45 Seconds Each Side
150 Wall Balls 20/14, 10/9
Partner A performs wall balls while partner B is in a plank. When either of the athletes breaks switch positions until all 150 wall balls are complete.
Breaking will be defined by doing (or not doing) any of the following.
Dropping the Ball
Failure to reach depth
Failure to reach target height
Knees touching the Floor in the plank
Making any disparaging comments regarding wall balls
Strict Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Strict Deficit Handstand Push-ups
Strict Handstand Push-ups (Floor)
