CrossFit I35 WOD 11/13/19
8 Minute AMRAP alternating between the following:
40:20 sumo high pull deadlifts 75/55
40:20 wall balls 30/20*
*Make sure you hit both height and depth with 20/14 before you grab the bigger balls. If you are challenged with height and/or depth with the regular-sized Rx ball please scale weight. Also, DO NOT break up the reps as a strategy. Do as many reps as possible, take a quick breath and pick the bar or ball back up.
Tabata Something Else
Perform Tabata Sets (8 rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest) back to back of the following exercises
*While we normally do not do jumping pull-ups but they are usually listed as the scaled option for open workouts. If you believe you will be scaling any workout with pullups or muscle-ups take this option.
200 feet of Walking Dumbbell Lunge 50/35
Single Dumbbell and get as much of the 200’ unbroken as possible. Switch hands as much as you need to without putting the bell down. Remember these in the 19 Open? Of course, you do. Amazing test of core mobility and stability.
