Power Clean & Power Jerk for load:

2 reps @ 75%

Immediately into Front Squats (Power Clean bar from the floor then squat)
2 reps @ 60%
2 reps @ 65%
2 reps @ 70%
2 reps @ 75%
2 reps @ 70%
Then

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Dumbbell snatches
Burpees, jumping over the dumbbell
Men: 50-lb. dumbbell
Women: 35-lb. dumbbell
Buyout
Back Squat
3 reps @ 60%
3 reps @ 65%
3 reps @ 70%
3 reps @ 75%
3 reps @ 70%
Perform 50 Double Unders between each set. While not for time limit rest between transitions.
