Working in Teams of 2 with one male and one female do the following for time:
10,000 pounds Ground to Overhead
Rules are as follows:
1. Both partners determine their weight for the wod in advance. Athletes may not add or subtract weight from the bar once the clock has started. In other words athletes will know exactly how many rounds they will have to do to complete the wod before it starts.
2. Partners lift in a you go I go fashion one rep at a time.
3. As long as the bar starts on the ground and ends up locked out overhead with feet under the shoulders any style of lift is allowed. (snatch, clean and jerk, power or squat clean, split or power jerk, etc.)
