Dumbbell Deadlift, 5 reps
Dumbbell Squat Clean, 5 reps
Dumbbell Push press, 5 reps
Dumbbell Jerk, 5 reps per side
Dumbbell Lunges, 5 reps per side
Rest for 1 minute between rounds
Dumbbell Thrusters 50/35
This is dead on sprint. Do not pace yourself or leave anything in the tank.
Rest 3 minutes and repeat. Make not of heart rate at the end of the first and second rows and your rate at the beginning of the second row. We’re measuring recovery and repeatability.
