Every 90 seconds for 9 minutes
1 Three Position Squat Snatch
Pause 3 seconds at the knee and set the bar down and set up like its super heavy. In other words no touch and go.
Wear pulling straps if you have them and get some if you don’t have them.
3 Rounds of the following:
1 Minute Wallballs
1 Minute Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
1 Minute Box Jumps
1 Minute Single Arm Squat Dumbbell Clean and Jerks
1 Minute Calorie Row
1 Minute Rest
Go as heavy on the snatches and wallballs as you can but as light as you need to in order to go the entire minute unbroken.
