Hang to Overhead 10,000/7,000
Partner A does as many unbroken Hang to Overheads as possible when partner A puts the bar down BOTH partners will perform 4 synchronized bar over burpees.
After the burpees are complete partner B will perform as many unbroken Hang to Overheads as possible.
The cycle repeats until a total of 10,000 pounds for the men have been lifted or 7,000 for the women.
A hang to overhead can be a clean and jerk or a snatch or any combination of either.
The bar just can’t be lowered past the knee.
If the athletes choose to do snatches instead of clean and jerks they are welcome to use pulling straps.
However no straps for Cleans.
There is no Rx as to the amount of weight on the bar only the total lifted. Choose wisely.
