30 Clean and Jerks for time 135/95*
Rx+ Sub 2 minute Grace Challenge
30 Clean and Jerks for time 95/65 or whatever weight you can do in under two minutes. If your PR is under 2:15 push for sub 2. If you have done a sub 2 scale the weight up.
*Do not attempt a heavy Grace if your PR in an Rx Grace is over 2:30
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the following
15 air squats
Partner A completes one round and rests as partner B completes one round. Alternate for the entire 20 minutes.
This is an interval drill for speed so everyone works with a partner with no exceptions. And since this is a speed drill leave your vest at home.
If there is an odd number of people and you end up the odd man/woman out rest one minute between rounds for the same metabolic stimulus.
