*Make sure you have full range of motion for unbroken reps. In other words if you rack the bar or if your spotter touches the bar your set is over. If the Rx weight is your max congratulations on a PR. Otherwise scale accordingly.

4 x 8 Triceps. Lie on a bench and go very heavy. If you don’t need a spotter it ain’t heavy enough!
