Rx+ = 30 Power Cleans 185/125#
Don’t do Rx + if the extra weight will take you over 4 minutes for the clean section. Heavy is awesome but slow is bad…very bad. Remember dropping or scaling weight is OK but going super slow so you can complete the wod at Rx or Rx+ is not. Finally, you must do the rows first so we will waterfall 5 people at a time.
