Registration for the Open is LIVE!
We will perform every Open workout as the gyms workout of the day on Fridays after the formal announcement on Thursday evening. In the next several weeks many of our programmed workouts are open workouts from previous years to help everyone prepare.
No matter what level you’re at beginner to regional athlete and beyond competing in the open will motivate you to do things that you wouldn’t have otherwise.

Every other minute for 10 Minutes
1 Squat Snatch + 6 OHS
Work to as heavy as possible without pressouts or using power snatch or other means to get bar overhead. Limit weight to 75% of last Saturday’s 1RM
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:

115/75 pound Push press, 12 reps

This workout begins from a standing position. The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed.
