Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes
1 Squat Clean and Split Jerk @85%
Every working set in the emom should be at 85%. This is a test to see if you can do an honest 85% for 10 singles in 10 minutes without missing. So get as many sets as you can without missing and then drop weight. Remember that 85% is still very heavy and if you have an honest 85% on the bar you are almost super human to make every rep. If you do get all 10 reps your old max probably isn’t your current max of you’re simply sandbagging the crap out of this one. If you’re the latter STOP IT!!

Bar Facing Burpees*
Clean & Jerk, 155/115 lbs
*This is a change from beyond the whiteboard which says chest to bar pullups. Since tomorrow’s workout of the day if Fran I made this substitution. However if you don’t plan on coming tomorrow please do the pullups instead of the burpees.
