Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20/14 to 10/9′ target)
(note: this workout has appeared twice in the open with a reverse order version once as well. I’m not always right but I get a good sense about some of the workouts. For this one history tells us to expect Wallballs, Doubles and Muscleups. Muscleups have been on the rings every year except 2016. A few of you are getting very comfortable on the bar but aren’t venturing to the back of the room. Don’t be surprised if this years open workout calls for muscleups on the rings.)
