60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats 120/90#
This is an amrap. If you finish the muscleups go back to the burpees. This is not only possible but can be done. In 2011 the best score on it was 178 reps by Josh Bridges. That’s 18 OHS into the second round. Best women’s score was 168 by Kris Clever (8 OHS).
