Immediately after the 10 minute clock runs perform the following
50 bar facing burpees for time
2 rounds of:
60 Wall Balls 20/14# (men 10’/women 9′)
Rest 1:00 between rounds.
Go as hard as possible on round one and do your best to keep the same pace on round two.
Scale muscle ups to 12 pulling and 12 pushing movements. (pullups and pushups)
5 x 5 weighted pullups
5 x 5 Bench Press
