After the completion of the third round take 5 minutes to determine a 1RM of the following:
There are a couple of simple rules one miss and you’re out and if you receive the bar in a muted hip position or with low elbows and bar low on the chest or with feet clearly outside of the shoulders you can count the rep but you cannot add weight.
For example, if you look anything like the guy in the picture you can count the rep but you can’t go higher.
