Handstand Walk, 100 ft
30 Pistols (Alternating Legs)s
This was a main site workout earlier this week which may be a foreshadowing of pistols in one of the three final open workouts. Scale handstand walks to wall walks. This workout can turn into a total monster and by nature is Rx++. Even though the median time on Beyond The Whiteboard is approximately 20 minutes PLEASE cap this at 15 at 17.3 is in only 2 days.
