Please be aware that this highly technical lift performed at high reps with (for most of us a fairly heavy load) and form will degrade as body fatigues. Legit scales include a lower weight to compete the “metcon” in under 8 minutes. Something you can do 10 unbroken reps with is a nice “sprint” weight. That doesn’t mean you need to do 10 at a time to have a good time with this workout.
