10 Snatches 75/55
4 x 10 Snatch High Pull. Stay at the powerpoint move fast and wear straps if you have them. If bar doesn’t come to the collarbone the weight is too heavy
Every Tuesday Thursday and Sunday we will post running progressions so you’ll be prepared for the June 18 Summer Swolestice. If you can walk an hour without stopping you can be ready to run 10k in 7 weeks.
