Press 3 at 80% 1RM
Press 3 at 90% 1RM
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
50 Double Unders
10 Back Squats, 135/95 lbs
Bench Press waveload of: 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps EMOM for 8:00*
Warm up to a weight thats close to a max effort set of 8 and keep the weight as close to that as possible for the entire set.
*Feel free to work with a partner of similar strength but its get on and off the bench as quickly as possible.
