Take 12 minutes to determine a one rep max in the
Pull-ups : Max Set*
*if you can do at least 1 there is no need to scale this movement. Soon as the feet hit the feet touch the ground or the athlete lets go of the bar the set is over. Record results on the gyms big whiteboard.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
30 Double Unders
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 30/24 in
10 Handstand Push-ups
100 Ring Rows. Split up into as many different sets or set combinations necessary.
