400m KB Farmers Carry 32/24kg (single arm, alternate, however, don’t rest on your shoulder and 5 burpee penalty for putting the bell down)
80 Wall Balls 20/14#
This is week 4 of 4 following this particular program. Workouts Number 1 and 2 can be done on back to back days same as 3 and 4 but rest one or two days between 2 and 3.
Last rep should always be 1 rep shy of failure
