Power, knee, 3” From Floor, Floor. While not a counted pause the bar should be 100% motionless at the 4 named positions. So if you can stabilize the midline and find the positions accurately the pause might be less than a second if not could be as many as 3 or 4. No touch and go on the last.
In 5 minutes complete as many double unders as possible.
At 5:00 minutes complete the following task:

9 Bar Muscle-Ups
