All sets as heavy as possible working up to a 3 rep max on the 4th set with a drop set on the 5th.
I know how tempting it is to go for a one rep max when you feel amazing and you’re the third set at 95% ish of your old max felt light. Stay with the program and get a max set of 3 because we are going for max efforts in all classic powerlifts next week.
