Go heavy as you can while maintaining solid lockouts and one-minute intervals. Note: Same as last week but a little heavier and a little better.
Then 8 rounds of:
3 Power Cleans 155/105
9 Air Squats
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Toes To Bar
5 Chest to bars
3 Bar Muscle-ups
The goal is to do as much as the above unbroken as possible. Which means do not pace yourself and just see how far you can get before breaking.
