When the clock hits 10 minutes perform the following:
Max Effort Squat Clean and Jerk
Any snatch that leaves the ground after 10 minutes is a miss and any Clean and Jerk after 20 is a miss. Keep pressouts to a minimum. You’ve heard me say that I believe that the sport of weightlifting is too strict and CrossFit is too lax. Err on the side of Weightlifting for todays maxes.

For time (partners):
100 push ups
100 ab-mat sit ups
With 400 meter runs
Partner A runs a 400, while partner B starts wall balls, when partner A returns, partner B runs a 400 while partner A continues the wall ball count until 100 reps are reached, then continue alternating the run and skill until all 100 reps of each skill is completed. Time ends when both when 300 reps (100 reps of 3 skills) are complete and the runner has returned from their last 400.
