Take 15 Minutes of singles working up to an opening attempt at the KS State. Please don’t max just because it either feels good or your stubborn. An opening attempt is a weight that you are 99% sure you will make. The other 1% provides for the possibility of an earthquake, sinkhole under the platform, zombies etc.

Yes I know this looks like a lot of standing around but IF you hit this as hard as you can with the Rx or scaled weight to your ability you’ll be grateful for the rest intervals. The goal is not to game this workout and go at 100% on all 3 intervals. It’s a test of both total reps and sustainability or how you can keep the pace for the 2nd and 3rd set.
