Deadlift 5 x 5
Working in teams of 2 perform the following.
150 Snatches 75/55
The workout starts off with both teammates running 800m. If one athlete finishes before the other he/she may start the snatches while the second athlete finishes their run. Snatches must be done 5 at a time. Meaning teammate one does 5 then teammate 2 does 5 until 150 are complete. Once all 150 snatches are complete the athletes can begin the final 800m. Time is called after both teammates complete the 800.
