Perform as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of the following:
Perform the complex in sets of 7. Rest one minute between complexes and stop at 10 minutes.
Only good looking reps, don’t rush and go heavy as you can do the complex well.
5 rounds of:
20 (alternating) DB Snatches 50/35#
Followed by a 1-mile run.
Turkish Get up
3 sets of 3 reps each side
Heavy as you can do them well.
