Go as heavy as possible without any misses. Pressouts are misses.

As many reps as possible in 5 mins of:
Squat Clean and Jerk, 165/110 lbs
You must complete the squat clean before moving on to the jerk and you must complete the jerk before moving on to the next squat clean. If you miss a jerk you may power clean the bar to set up your jerk attempt.
Nobody should increase weight for the WOD from the strength section. In fact, everyone should be taking weight off the bar for the workout. Remember we get strong in the strength section so we can move quickly in the metabolic conditioning section.

As many reps as possible in 7 mins of:
3 Thrusters, 100/65 lbs
3 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
6 Thrusters, 100/65 lbs
6 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
9 Thrusters, 100/65 lbs
9 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
Continue adding 3 reps each round to each movement until time expires.
