The recent focus of our box has been shoulder work – with the muscle up and push up challenges that our members have been embarking on, and with bell classes about to start on a new strength program (next week), that we take a little time to look at WHY we do particular movements, even if they seem to be simple or easy, as they build mobility and stability in the shoulder.
