Squat 5 x 5 work up to a max effort for 5 reps.
As usual get spotters and don’t cut depth
Then
5 rounds of:
12 Box Step Ups 95/65 20” Box
4 Muscle-Ups
Rest 1:00 between rounds.
Buyout
5 x 8 Heavy Bent over rows.
