Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 mins of:
10 Deadlifts, 115/75 lbs
5 Snatches, 115/75 lbs
Immediately after completing 15.1, you get six more minutes to determine the following:
Clean & Jerk: 1 rep max
Stretch and mobility. You all deserve it after this week.
