General Warmup, Mobility, and Bar Technique
Practice Round

With Workout Weight:
4 Hang Power Cleans
3 Lateral Barbell Burpees
2 Thrusters
100 Meter Run
Use this round to determine any scaling of the second sets weight and reps.
[On the 0:00]:
1 Mile Run
[On the 10:00]:
3 Rounds:
15 Hang Power Cleans 115/85
12 Lateral Barbell Burpees
9 Thrusters 115/85
[On the 20:00]:
1 Mile Run
Each section should be capped at 9 minutes to give at least one-minute rest before the next section.
