General Warmup, Mobility, and Bar Technique
Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy set of 5 in the Squat
Remember that we go for an estimated 1rm in the squat next week so while this should be very heavy it shouldn’t be an ultimate set of 5 max.
3 Rounds For Time:
10 Front Squats 165/115*
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
*Yes this is very or at least should be very heavy. Rx is from the floor but can be scaled to the rack if your clean is a big issue in getting the weight to the shoulders.
Practice muscle ups or muscle up progressions. Use the ring thing. It’s awesome.
